The Yoga Clinic Teacher Training 'Yoga for Embodiment & Healing', is a 100 hour teacher training that offers you the opportunity to understand the underpinnings of Yoga Psychology and have more confidence in being responsive to the mental health needs of you students and clients. Students will be able to access Yoga Alliance CPD points for the course, which can be done as a full 100 hour or by enrolling in individual 20 hour modules. This course is ideal for yoga teachers and students, mental health professionals and wellbeing professionals.

The balance workshop is designed to improve balance within the bodies internal systems by using a combination of yoga and nutrition. The session will begin with some easy to follow yoga, followed by some hands-on food (gluten and dairy free) preparation for participants to take away at the end of the workshop.

As a clinician, yoga teacher, Doctor, nurse, teacher or human service worker we come across people who have suffered  trauma on a very regular basis. This training will give you the tools to support your clients to be able to use their bodies as a resource in an empowering way, and over time supporting the rewiring of the brain and fostering the ability to self regulate and self soothe. When we feel safe in our bodies we are better able to relate, learn and grow emotionally.
