The Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are designed to restore, nurture and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby in a safe way. The focus lies on stabilising the core and pelvic floor areas as well as opening and strengthening the chest and shoulder areas through the practice of flowing and steady yoga poses and useful breathing techniques to encourage an easy recovery from pregnancy and labour. All poses and movements allow for a playful and fun interaction and bonding time with your baby. It is a weekly space which allows you to connect to your body in a loving way and to recharge your energy and meet other 'new' mums and babies.
Join in at any time from when your baby is 6 weeks old to when she/he is getting too mobile.
This is a life changing immersive weekend experience where a small group of women come together with the intention of diving deeply into themselves to examine more clearly what's going on in their lives, connect to each other and eradicate limiting beliefs so they can live to their fullest potential.Find out more »
