We offer authentic teachings from the heart of experience and as teachers, we are dedicated to our personal practice and evolution. Our exceptional teachers draw from diverse training histories, they are deeply devoted to their ongoing studies and love nothing more than to share their knowledge, a few laughs and delicious chai with their students.
Martine McDougall

Martine McDougall

Martine began her journey with Yoga in her teens accompanying her mother to a Yoga class. Her teacher who was in her 70’s was an inspiration to her due to her strength, flexibility, passion for teaching and joy for life. Martine knew that Yoga was magical and transformative and much more than just a fitness workout. This sparked a passion.

Noelette Mitchell

Noelette Mitchell

Noelette's personal journey with yoga began in 2001, she began teaching in 2007. Noelette has trained in several styles of movement and yoga, the main style of yoga being Ashtanga. After years of physical practice and teaching Noelette began the study of Sanskrit.

Glenn Rogers

Glenn Rogers

Glenn Rogers has been teaching Kundalini yoga since 2006. Glenn has a degree in cultural studies, teaching and a Masters in Music Composition. Glenn has taught in various settings including Karnet prison working with long term prisoners.

Since Sylvia began her yoga journey she has experienced benefits that have far exceeded her expectations. The obvious being a stronger, more flexible and toned body which provides greater stability and balance.

Alison Gee-Woolhouse

Alison Gee-Woolhouse

Ali began her yoga practice with 8 Limbs back in 1998. She established a regular practice in 2001 and experienced the balance and quietude that comes from practicing yoga, daily. As such it was around this time that she felt called to pursue the teacher trainings that 8 Limbs offered.

Tony Turner

Tony Turner

Tony has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. Due to his demanding work in the film industry, and suffering chronic back problems, he took up Yoga to help unwind and find a balance in his life.
