Anthony is a Physiotherapist and Senior Yoga and Meditation Instructor with Yoga Australia.
Anthony’s yoga journey commenced in 1994 with Iyengar and Hatha training. In 1996, Anthony left for India and completed 2 years of meditation training as a live-in student with his teacher. This was followed by 6 years of teaching in Asia, after which he returned to Australia to complete a Physiotherapy degree.
