Glenn Rogers has been teaching Kundalini yoga since 2006.
He has taught long-term prisoners at Karnet prison, privately and at various yoga schools, he has a degree in Cultural Studies, Secondary Teaching and a Masters in music composition. Glenn states that his personal experience of Kundalini yoga resulted in profound physical and psychological effects.
Through regular yoga practice, he has better control over his state of mind, mood, and physical body.
