Noelette’s personal yoga journey began in 2001 and she has been teaching since 2007.

Noelette has trained in several styles of movement and yoga, the main style of yoga being Ashtanga. After years of physical practice and teaching Noelette began the study of Sanskrit and also travels to India regularly to delve deeper into the 8 Limbs of yoga through meditation, pranayama and chanting.

Noelette teaches a variety of styles of yoga that suit beginners to advanced students and she is committed to inspiring her students to experience the benefits of yoga and meditation as she guides them through each class.
