Ramona has been a daily practitioner of yoga for the past 10 years.

She has a passion for learning and understanding human function and dysfunction and used the yogic philosophy and practice to strengthen function and regulate dysfunction. She is also a qualified Remedial Therapist and a Pilates instructor and uses a multi disciplinary approach to guide and mentor her students towards graceful movement.

“Change the body to change the mind” is the approach that she uses to address longstanding mental and emotional conditioning that prevent people from being the best version of themselves.
