Benefits of a Trauma Therapy
Therapy can offer life changing benefits, one of the main benefits is that you can start living life in the present moment as opposed to being stuck in the past or worried about the future. This allows us to enjoy aspects of the present, having emotional experiences with the tools to be able to manage the myriad of emotions that we as humans experience on a daily basis. Therapy supports clients to process trauma in a safe and supportive relationship, developing coping skills, distress tolerance techniques, calming the nervous system which improves sleep, functionality and relationships.
