The Yoga Clinic Perth offer’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes, this series connects mind and body by creating a moving meditation. These classes combine Vinyasa flows with stacked movements to open your body and deepen your practice.
Classes incorporate full-body flows, but each has a specific emphasis whether it’s legs, core, arms or balance. You’ll be challenged by moving nonstop, but energised by connecting your breath to your movements! In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
